Chair Tai Chi

Chair Tai Chi is a gentle exercise that improves balance and increases your range of motion. It uses a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner while focusing on your breathing. It is from 10:30-11:00am on Mondays and Wednesdays at the Billings Community Center for people ages 55+! Click the link below to register!
