This program is an introduction to the martial art discipline Tae Kwon Do. Students learn basic blocks, strikes and kicks, along with ideas for awareness and safety. This class will focus on the tenants of Respect, Etiquette, Loyalty, Modesty, Patients and Indomitable Spirit. Classes will have games tailored for beginner martial artists.
