This 3 acre park includes a picnic site, playground, restrooms, athletic field, and sprayground.
Highland Park has a rentable indoor/outdoor facility. To rent this indoor/outdoor facility, you must visit the Parks office to fill out a rental agreement form.
Highland Park is also apart of our Parkland Gleaning Project, to harvest fruit from public trees across Billings. To learn more about this project, click here.
