Programming for Adults 55 and older focuses on providing 6 dimensions of wellness, physical, emotional, social, intellectual, spiritual and environmental wells to help maintain a balanced and fulfilling life as they age. These are essential to helping adults 55 and older to age in place with grace.

Classes are organized into recreation sessions, ranging from single-day, low-commitment options to extended programs of 8 to 16 sessions. Many of our Recreation and Wellness classes run consecutively, helping you stay strong and fit with a consistent schedule.
