Parklands under Consideration for Disposal

Under City Council initiative, Parks and Recreation staff was directed to review all parkland parcels and determine those properties suitable for disposal. Parks, Recreation and Cemetery (PRC) Board assembled a “Sale of Parkland Sub-Committee” to assist and give advice to staff to evaluate the parkland parcels. Of more than 500 parkland parcels, 39 have been identified to consider for disposal. Staff will periodically prepare properties for public hearing and action by Council. Below is a listing of current parkland parcels under consideration:
